It’s time to acknowledge leadership with high EQ to avoid another Bathinda incident

On April 12, four Army personnel (jawans) were killed in a firing incident inside Punjab’s Bathinda Military Station. Bathinda’s Senior Superintendent of Police Gulneet Khuruna had said according to an initial investigation, it appears to be a fratricidal incident.
